Adria is a luxury lakeside apartment building located in downtown Madison. Adria solicited our help without even having their name picked yet, and we helped build their brand from start to finish. My role was creating the logo that could speak to all the key differentiators they were proud of – sustainability, proximity to the lake, and community spirit.

Creating an identity for a new apartment building with no existing branding fueled me to really hone in on my creativity. After the new logo was created, I led the design of the new website, which served as the primary driver of business for them. Something definitely clicked, as Adria leased all of its units before the construction of the building itself was even finished.
