Crosstown is a Chicago-based infrastructure company that designs, builds, and operates high-capacity, fully underground fiber-optic networks to provide secure, scalable connectivity across the Midwest. CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
Crosstown's previous site was dated, text-heavy, and difficult to navigate—failing to clearly communicate their technical expertise, regional scale, or value to engineers, enterprises, and municipalities.
I led the project from strategy through launch, creating a streamlined, modern website that translates complex infrastructure into clear, confident storytelling. The final design emphasizes clarity, performance, and precision through clean layouts, intuitive navigation, and a restrained visual system that reflects Crosstown's core promise: performance without compromise.
